Introduction: Mini Meatballs With Mexican Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients:
1000g minced meat
1500g paprika, corn, peas, carrots, prince & kidney beans
5 onions
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
2 hands jalapeno slices
250ml cream
salt, pepper & paprika
Step 1: Preparation
Cut 1,5 onions in small pieces and give it to the meat. Scatter salt, pepper & paprika to the meat add the breadcrumbs & the eggs. Stir it together and form small meatballs. Fry the meatballs in a pan. Cut the carrots & onions and fry them in a large pot till the onions are golden. Give the jalapenos to it. Now add the paprika, corn, peas, prince & kidney beans and stir it about 15 minutes. Add the cream and cover the pot with a lid.
Step 2: Finish
Cook it about 20 minutes and enjoy.
