  • Dark chocolate (100g),
  • Medium eggs (3 pcs),
  • Wheat flour (230g),
  • Baking powder (5 g),
  • Cherries (300g) (raspberries will also work)

(Cherries can be fresh or frozen, or from syrup, depending on what you have access),

Ingredients for glaze

  • Dessert chocolate (100g)
  • Cup of chocolate solution (150g)

(Chocolate solution will be obtained during the preparation of cake)

In addition, kitchen utensils such as:

  • Kitchen scale,
  • Baking tray (25x25 cm),
  • Strainer
  • Pot, bowls, spoons and plates - they should be in every kitchen :)

Step 2: First Preparations

First, prepare a baking dish by lining the bottom with baking paper.

Then grease the inside of the dish with butter (30g). This will prevent the cake from sticking to dish.

Also leave the cherries to oozed on the strainer so that they can be placed in the dough later.

Do not pour cherry juice, you will need it later !

Prepare the oven by heating it to 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit)

Step 3: Melting and Mixing of Ingredients

In this step, we will melt the butter with white sugar, vanilla sugar and grain coffee.

To do this, prepare a pot of water on which to place the bowl. Heat the water, which, by steaming, warms the bowl and dissolves the ingredients. Be careful the bowl may be hot.

First dissolve 200 g butter, then add 200 g white sugar, 16g vanilla sugar and 10 g grain coffee. Mix everything thoroughly and check for leftover pieces sugar particles. The mixture should be homogeneou without sugar crystals.

Step 4: Add Chocolate

When you get a homogeneous consistency, add 100 g of dark chocolate and continue dissolving and stirring constantly.

After dissolving and mixing thoroughly, allow the mass to cool to room temperature.

Pour 150 g of substance into a separate bowl. It will be used to make the glaze.

Step 5: Cherry and Eggs

After cooling the mass, add 10 g of cherry juice and mix thoroughly.

Then separate the yolks from the whites for three eggs. Add yolks to the mixture and mix thoroughly.

Do not throw away the whites, they will be needed in the next step.

Step 6: Adding Flour to Cake

Sift 200 g of flour into a separate bowl with baking powder.

Add in three portions to the main mixture, mix thoroughly each time.

Step 7: Egg Whites Time

The remainder from the previous stage egg whites, must be thoroughly whipping with a mixer to stiff foam.

Then add them to the main cake and mix gently with a spoon.

That prepared dough, spread out evenly on a baking dish. Even distribution of the dough ensures better baking

Step 8: Cherry Preparation

It's time for cherries or

Scatter the remaining 30 g of flour on a plate and coat the cherries with it. A good way is to make circular movements of the plate to cover the cherry with flour.

Place the prepared cherries on the surface of the cake or press them into the cake. Cherries can be placed depending on the nature of the cook :)

Place the prepared dough in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for about 30 - 40 minutes.

Control the baking process to avoid burning the cake.

Step 9: Glaze Preparation

When the dough is baking, you can prepare the glaze.

Using the steam bath again, melt and mix 100 g of dessert chocolate.

To the melted chocolate, add the substance left at point 4 and mix the whole to a homogeneous mass.

Step 10:

After removing the cake from the oven, allow it to cool to room temperature.

Then cover the dough with prepared glaze.

Step 11: Last But Not Least

Enjoy the taste of the best baking, preferably with someone close to you.

Because then it tastes better :)
