Introduction: OREO ICE-CREAM

Ice-cream is the most favourite dessert of every age people. usually we make ice-cream using the fresh cream. But now we can make it even with milk itself. Its a simple recipe that you can make easily.

Step 1: SUPPLIES

Milk- 300ml

Sugar- 100grams

Corn flour- 1 tablespoon

Oreos- 3-5 nos

vanilla essence- 1/2 teaspoon

Step 2: BOILING THE MILK

Boil the milk and add the sugar.

Step 3: ADDING CORN FLOUR

Image 1: Take a bowl and mix one tablespoon of corn flour with some milk. mix it without any lumps.

Image 2: Add the corn flour mixture to the milk and stir.

The milk will start thickening.

Image 3: keep the flame low and add the vanilla essence.

Step 4: BLENDING

Image 1: Turn off the flame when the milk becomes thick and creamy.

Image 2: Cool down the milk. Add the milk into a blender and blend smoothly.

Image 3: Add the blended mixture in a air tight container and freeze it for 2 hours.

Step 5: BLENDING AGAIN

Image 1: After 2 hours take the ice-cream from the freezer and transfer it to a blender.

Image 2: Blend it smoothly.

Image 3: Pour the blended mixture to the container and freeze it for another two hours.

Step 6: FREEZING

Image 1: After freezing for 2 hours blend the ice cream for the one last time.

The blending process is for making the ice cream soft and creamy.

Image 2: Add the crushed oreos to the ice cream.

Image 3: Transfer the ice cream to an air tight container. Wrap the container with a plastic or aluminium sheet and close the lid. Freeze it overnight.

Step 7: FINAL RESULT

Take out the ice cream from the freezer and serve it.

    Can I use a different type of flour or does it HAVE to be corn flour?

    You should use only corn flour

    Thanks for sharing - I've never used Corn flour and milk to make ice cream before. Definitely worth a try !!
