Introduction: Orange Honeyed Punch
This is a refreshing and healthy fruit punch and a perfect Summer's cooler. As the Mercury levels are soaring high just relishing on drinks and juice helps us to beat the heat. This drink is a frozen blend of orange, Banana and honey. A perfect combination to give refreshment and a hydrating feel on a Summer's day. Hope you like it.. :)
It is so much fun to have kids lending their helping hands in cooking. My nephew and I had lot of fun this afternoon as he picked up ingredients for me to make this flavorful drink.
Step 1: Get the Ingredients!
Serves 2
Ingredients:
Orange Juice - 1/2 Cup
Banana - 1
Honey - 1 Tbsp (or more depending on the sourness of the Orange Juice)
Ice Cubes - 1/2 Cup
Cold Water - 1/2 Cup (or Based on the consistency you want)
Equipment/Tools Needed:
Blender
Ice Tray
Step 2: Freeze It..
Pour water into the Ice tray. Freeze it to get the Ice cubes. Slice the Banana and in an Air tight Container place it in the freezer for 1 hour to get frozen Banana slices.
Step 3: Blend It..
First Blend the slices of Orange. Then strain it to remove the fiber to get pure Orange juice. Add the Orange juice, Frozen Banana, Honey, Ice Cubes and Cold Water. Blend it till Creamy texture.
Step 4: Enjoy the Drink... Summer Coolers
Place Orange Slices at the bottom of the glass. Pour the Blended Punch into the glass...
Sit back and enjoy the Drink... This is a Simple and a quick recipe to make. Beat the Heat...:)
