Hi i will be making Oreo Truffles its very simple and only has about 4 ingredients and I hope you try this recipe out because its really good. The chocolate is very strong/very chocolate-y (has a lot of chocolate) because you the. Oreo is mad from cocoa and then you have to add the chocolate at the end. I hope you like the Oreo truffles /enjoy it also.

1 pack of Oreo cookies

8 oz of cream cheese

(Optional) white, dark, or milk chocolate

Step 1: Crumble As Much Oreos You Will Want.

You will be needing to save this Oreo mix (and yes you blend the white filling also) you can crumble your Oreos either in a blender, or a food processor and make sure to try to make the crumbs small as possible.

Step 2: Scooping the Oreo Balls.

After you scoop it put it on a pan and put parchment paper on the pan, and put the Oreo balls on the parchment paper after you do all that, you put it in the freezer for about 20, or 30 minutes.

Step 3: Melting Chocolate

While the Oreo Balls/Truffles are in the freezer you can melt the chocolate in the microwave for about 30 seconds if it doesn't melt completely you can either mix it or microwave it again.

Step 4: Adding the Cream Cheese

You will need room temperature cream cheese so it can blend easier into the Oreo mix it should look like a crumbled cake and make sure to mix it and make sure its 1 ounce/1 brick.

Step 5: Dipping the Truffles in Chocolate.

After you get the Oreo truffles out the freezer you dip the truffles into the chocolates and also drizzle the chocolate I will be doing a mix which is milk chocolate drizzled with white chocolate, and white chocolate drizzled with milk chocolate and then top it off with a little sprinkle of Oreo crumbles and enjoy!

Step 6: Decorating

After you dip your truffles to the chocolate you can crumble up more Oreos and top it off with the Oreos, I drizzled some chocolate so it would look more better because if I did just the chocolate it would look to simple/plain.

Conclusion

If I was to remake this I would probably drizzle it more slower because if you drizzle it to fast it would be chunky, and when you dip the truffle in the chocolate I would do it more neatly because it would be too chunky, and chocolate-y as it i
