Introduction: Oven Baked Ribs

Supplies for Ribs:

  • 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons of onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Tony Chachere's more spice seasoning
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (can use light or dark but I used light)
  • Ribs of choice (can use pork, beef, lamb, etc. I used pork)

Other Supplies:

  • Baking dish
  • Aluminum foil

Step 1: Wash Ribs

Rinse ribs with cold water to remove any blood.

Step 2: Measure Out Ingredients for Dry Rub Into Small Bowl and Mix Until Well Blended

Step 3: Put Dry Rub on Both Side of Ribs, Marinate for 2-24 Hours.

Step 4: Put 1 Inch Water in Dish and Cover With Aluminum Foil. Bake on 400 Degrees for 2 Hours

Step 5: Remove From Heat, Uncover, Broil Until Browned

Step 6: Enjoy With Favorite Side Dishes
