Introduction: Overnight Healthy Oats Porridge
This recipe will bring in more nutrition and sheds weight without our knowledge.
Can be had anytime in a day.
Step 1: Ingredients Required
Step 2: Mixing the Ingredients
Take 5 tbsp of Rolled Oats
Add Milk until oats is fully covered
Add Chopped Mangoes, Apricots, Soaked and Chopped Almonds (Soaked will be more nutritious else add dried almonds), Grapes, Raisins...
Add 1 tbsp of Strawberry Crush for Sweetness (Healthy purpose)
Finally Sprinkle some Cinnamon (Lead to Weight Loss)
Step 3: Soak It Overnight in the Refrigerator for 6-8 Hrs and Its Ready to Eat Without Any Delay
Step 4: Choice of Ingredients Can Be Reworked
No cooking required
Fruits and Dry fruits can be added according to choice.
