Supplies

5 Baby Potatoes

1/4 c Grated Parmesan

1/2 c Shredded Mozzarella

1/4 c Olive Oil

1/4 c Melted Butter

1/4 t Garlic Salt

Oven

Baking Sheet

Pam Cooking Oil

Bowl

Sharp Knife

Whisk

Cooking Brush

Step 1: Preparing Your Pan

Spray Pam Cooking Oil on your baking sheet to prevent the potato bites from sticking to the pan. Trust me, trying to scrub the glue like potato off your plan requires much skill and time. It is easier this way.

Step 2: Preparing the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.

Step 3: Slicing Your Potatoes

If you washed your potatoes it may be a smart idea to dry them before putting them on your cutting board. Slice each potato one by one cutting vertically. Slice the lines close together to form thin circles of potatoes.

Step 4: The Mixture

Measure out your butter and place in the microwave. Forty-five seconds on high should melt it all the way through, however microwave as needed so it is a full liquid with no clumps.

Measure out your olive oil and garlic salts too and pour into a small bowl. Don't forget to add your butter! Whisk the mix together until thoroughly combined.

Step 5: Spreading the Mix

Grab your brush and gently dip a bit of the mixture on the brush. You will use about half of it on all the potato bites together, this round. Make sure you have about half the bowl left.

Step 6: Bake for 20 Minutes

The bites should be very crisp when you pull them out of the oven. Do not be frightened- they can be a bit black too. They do not taste burnt usually even if they are a darker shade.

Step 7: The Mix and Cheese

Now what you want to do is use your brush again to spread the rest of the mix on every single bite. Make sure to use all of it otherwise you will not taste the garlic as much.

Then you want to measure out your cheeses and sprinkle evenly on all of the bites.

Step 8: Bake for Another 10 Minutes and Serve

When the bites come out the cheese may look black and they may all be stuck together but do not be scared it is burnt most cheeses cook like this. Gently pull apart the bites and and place them on a separate plate. You may throw the extra cheese out if you'd like. However now you have a plate full of potato cheesy garlic bites! PCGB for the win!
