Introduction: Panna Cotta With Mango
I would like to show you a fun way to give "panna cotta". Guests will double surprise. The first surprise - the dessert you give eggs. The second surprise - it's not an egg, it is panna cotta! And sorry for my english :)
Step 1: Ingredients
- 300 ml of cream 30%
- 70 ml of milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 teaspoons gelatin
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 mango
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoon of gelatine
3 tablespoons water
- 8 egg shells
Step 2: Preparing Eggs
Thoroughly wash eggs. At the top of the egg to make a hole through which to pour the egg. Gently wash the egg in the middle. Empty shells of the eggs insert the oven preheated to 100 degrees Celsius. Bake them for about an hour. This allows the shell to become more rigid.
Step 3: Panna Cotta
Gelatin pour cold water and set aside to swollen. In a saucepan boil the cream, milk, sugar and vanilla essence. Remove from heat and stir in the gelatin. Set aside to cool.
Pour about 10 - 15 ml Panna Cotta with eggshell. After flooding shell, insert them for about 2 - 3 hours in the refrigerator (until spongy).
Step 4: Mango Mousse
Soak gelatin in 3 tablespoons of water. Half mango, lemon juice and ginger mix in a blender until smooth. Put it into a pot and bring to a boil. Remove the pan from the heat and add gelatin. Leave mousse to cool. After cooling, put in the fridge until harden (about 3 hours).
Step 5: Finish
Take mousse with mango and make it into balls. Thus prepared balls, insert the egg shells filled to half froze Panna Cotta. Now pour the egg shell Panna Cotta to the top. So prepared eggs put in the fridge for a few hours (preferably overnight), until all solidified.
When everything is ready, place the eggs in the stand (put them to the bottom of the hole). Thus prepared dessert your guests enter and see for their reaction.
