Introduction: Paper Cut Calvin and Hobbes

"Hey Hobbes, what's a paper tiger?'
"It's like a paper boy.  You know, a tiger with a paper route."

"This book makes no sense at all"

One of the most beloved cartoon strips of all time, Calvin and Hobbes is a classic tale about a boy and his...somewhat questionable existent tiger friend Hobbes.  Together they have wild adventures braving space and time, philosophy, history, monsters, and school.

While Watterson himself never marketed the strips, this paper cut Cameo Silhouette version of one of his most iconic comics captures the creativity and brilliance in Watterson's artwork.  Using an image I found online, I easily opened it up in the Cameo program, and had the machine cut it out for me.
