Thanksgiving is right around the corner here in America, I wanted to add another side dish so you can have options when it comes to planning your Thanksgiving dinner. These Roasted Carrots come together beautifully and with only a few basic ingredients but they are a crowd pleaser. So if you are looking to add to your Thanksgiving dinner or Holiday table, give these Parmesan Roasted Carrots with Garlic a try. Step 1: Ingredients

  • 8-10 carrots peeled
  • 2 Tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tsp garlic minced
  • 4 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley

Step 2: Mix Butter and Garlic Together

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Mix melted butter and minced garlic together (you can add a few extra cloves of garlic if you love garlic).

Step 3: First Bake

Place carrots on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Drizzle with butter/garlic mixture. Roast in oven for 15-20 minutes. Shake pan occasionally to rotate carrots.

Step 4: Top With Cheese and Bake Again

Top with parmesan cheese and roast for another 10 minutes or until carrots reach desired doneness.

Step 5: Enjoy!

Top with fresh parsley (add extra salt if needed) and serve immediately. Enjoy!
