Introduction: Peanut Butter & Chocolate Bars

Ingredients/materials needed include:

a. Butter (1/2 cup) or 8 tablespoons

b. Graham Cracker Crumbs (1 cup)

c. Powdered Sugar (1 cup)

d. Peanut Butter ( ¾ cup + 2 tablespoons)

e. Chocolate Chips or Couverture Chocolate (1 cup)

f. Measuring cups and spoons

g. Baking pan (8X8 works great!)

Step 1:

Melt ½ cup of butter in microwave.

Step 2:

Mix melted butter with 1 cup graham cracker crumbs, 1 cup powdered sugar, and ¾ cup of peanut butter.

Step 3:

Spread mixture into baking pan and set in refrigerator.

Step 4:

Melt 1 cup chocolate chips (or couverture chocolate) with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter in the microwave. (Be sure to watch that it doesn't burn!)

Step 5:

Take peanut butter mixture out of the fridge and spread the melted chocolate on top.

Step 6:

Chill in refrigerator for 3-5 hours until completely firm before cutting.

Step 7:

Cut up in squares and enjoy!
