Introduction: Peanut Butter, Jelly, and Egg Breakfast Wrap

About: After discovering several electronics dumps at my school (termed "computer graveyards") I started collecting various electronics, like monitors, CD drives, LEDs, fans, and other miscellaneous things.…

Ingredients:

~1-1.5 tbsp peanut butter

~1-1.5 tbsp jelly (I've found apricot or cinnamon apple jelly work very well)

1 egg

pinch of salt

1 tortilla (~8")

frying pan + olive oil (to lubricate pan)

toaster oven

Step 1: Heat Pan & Tortillas

Turn on heat to the pan & oil. While pan is heating, start heating tortilla in toaster oven (heat until warm but still flexible, not crispy).

Step 2: Make Over Easy Egg

Begin frying an over easy egg, make sure it stays within a relatively small circular area.

Step 3: Spread PBJ

Spread the peanut butter onto the center of a now warm tortilla, spread the jelly on top of that.

Step 4: Add Over Easy Egg & Seal

Place the over easy egg onto the layered PBJ, fold into a pentagon, and cook for a bit longer to crisp the fold of the wrap.

Step 5: Enjoy!

Despite what you may think of this odd combination of ingredients, it's really quite good! Give it a try!
