Introduction: Peanut Butter-Nutella Cookies (Gluten Free)
There is nothing like Nutella and Peanut Butter, of course they would create the best gluten free cookies in the world!
Step 1: Gather Ingredients
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees

You will need:
1 whole Egg
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon Whole Milk
1/2 cup Creamy or Crunchy Peanut Butter {I like doing half crunchy and half smooth!}
1/2 cup Nutella
3/4 cup Gluten Free Old Fashioned Oats
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt
Step 2: Mix
In a mixing bowl, add the egg, brown sugar, milk, peanut butter and Nutella. Mix just until smooth.
Step 3: Mix Dry Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, mix oats, baking soda and oats.
Step 4: Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients
Stir well
Step 5:
Drop mixture with teaspoons on to greased baking sheet
Step 6: Bake
pop the cookie sheet into the preheated oven for 8 minutes.
Step 7: Cool
Once the cookies are out of the oven, let them cool on the cookie sheet for 10-15 minutes to harden up.
