1 pear diced
1 tbs olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tbs white wine
1 tbs white vinegar
Salt and pepper

Step 2: Preparation
Cut the pear in cubes
Mix together all the ingredients with a whisk except for the pears
Take away the whisk and add the diced pears to the other ingredients
Pour over greens
