Phone Speaker Without Electricity

Let's make a phone speaker without electricity!

Step 1: You Will Need

1. 3mm Wood Board x1

2. Ruler x1

3. Marker x1

4. Hot Glue Gun x1

Step 2: Use the Marker to Sketch the Shape

1. Sketch two squares and two triangles with the dimension in the file CAD.pdf.

The gap in second square is for you to put the cellphone inside, if your phone is bigger than that, try to sketch in a bigger dimension.

Step 3: Cut the Board Through the Sketch

1. Cut the board through the sketch.

2. You’ll have four pieces.

It is not necessary to use band saw machine to cut, you can choose any tools to do it.

Step 4: Assemble the Speaker

1. Use the hot glue gun to glue the wood.

2. Make sure there is no space between pieces.

Step 5: Finish

Let's try it!

Now, you can put your phone into the speaker, you'll have louder sound and better quality than before.
