Hi there, this is a very interesting and tasting tiramisu.
It's a revised recipe, different from the coffee version.
It has been a very nice discover, as the tea makes the flavour so good for the coming Spring season.
Here attached the recipe and the ingredients.

Supplies

Sugar - 80 grams
2 medium sized eggs
250 gr mascarpone cheese
200gr strawberries
Oro saiwa biscuits
A cup of black tea

Step 1: Now It's Time to Mix All Together

The process is so easy.
First at all, just make a black tea and let cool down for a while.

Let's separate the eggs. Keep the white of the eggs apart and start putting the yolks in a bowl, adding all the sugar. User a cake machine and mix to let the sugar be absorbed by the yolks.
Then, add the mascarpone cheese, and continue mixing at low speed.
Now keep the bowl apart for a while. We need to mount the whites.
So clean the mixer from the red of the yolks (otherwise the whites cannot mount)
And start mount the whites. Use a medium speed and go on until you'll have a bubbly cream.
Now slowly incorporate the mounted whiles in the main bowl with the yolks, sugar and mascarpone.
Use a pastry silicon spoon if needed. Just a bit at a time.
The cream is ready. Now let's think about the biscuits.
Take a long dish, and start put the biscuits, making a pi shape. Use a spoon to wet the biscuits.
When you've found a good shape, put on the biscuits a first layer of the cream, and add some sliced strawberries..
Continue for others two layers of biscuits and cream (remember always to wet the biscuits with the tea.

The result is absolutely an innovative tiramisu
