Step 1: Parts

lay out all of your parts and make sure you have all of the parts you need

Step 2: Step 2

Take your cap and drill a 3/8 hole in the center for your step 3 part.

Step 3: Step 3

Take you brass ball vale and you air compressor nipple piece and rap teflon tape around the threads of both and thread and tighten the two together.

Step 4: Step 4

take your cap with the fittings threaded in and tightened and take the (18-inch) 3-inch diameter PVC pipe and glue the two together.

Step 5: Step 5

now take the part from step 4 and now take and dril a 5/16 hole just above the top of the cap into the 3-inch diameter PVC pipe. then take your 60 psi gage and put teflon tape on the threads and screw it into the hole.

Step 6: Step 6

Now take your part you have made from step 5 and now glue the 3" to 1" adapter to the other end. then screw it to the pressure release valve.

Step 7: Step 7

then glue the 1 inch coupler to the 1" barrel.

Step 8: Step 8

let sit over night and then put pressure to it and test for leaks. if any leaks are present take the aluminum tape and rap it around where the leak is.
