Pistachio Muffins

gather ingredients along with mixer and bowl and measuring cups

1 butter cake mix

1/2 cup oil

4 eggs

1 cup sour creme

1 package of pistachio pudding mix

1 cup pistachios

Step 1: Mixing

put all ingredients in a bowl and mix on medium for 5 minutes

Step 2: Toping

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4cup chopped pistachio

mix all together and sprinkle on top of batter before putting in oven

Step 3: Baking

spoon in batter

bake at 300 degrees for 25-30 min

add more time if needed
