Hello there from everything grab and go delectable. In this instructable, you'll learn how to make a sweetly, pocket-sized Raspberry Pi(e). With figs, raspberries, and a few savory crumbles of fresh goat cheese, you can dash out the door without sacrificing a heartily delicious breakfast.

*Shameless plug, I launched a fashion tech kickstarter for a beautiful, functional women's garment last week called The Playsuit. The suit comes in a hot-damn magenta color called Raspberry Pi. There are hidden pockets galore ...and these pocket-pies fit neatly into the side pockets of The Playsuit :) If you're interested, here's the link: http://kck.st/1TkoCS5 *

Step 1: Gather Ingredients for 2 Little Pi(e)s

- 1 Frozen pie crust [thawed]
- 1 egg
- A handful of raspberries [appx. 4 per tart]
- A dash of pep [for your step]
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- A tablespoon of flour
- A spoonful of sugar
- 16 oz sugary sweet kisses
- 2 figs
- A few crumbles of goat cheese

Step 2: Dice Up Figs and Goat Cheese, Into Sizable Bites

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees

Then proceed to dice up figs and goat cheese into sizable little bits. I like to keep the pieces a bit chunky!

Step 3: Roll It, and Pat It, and Mark It With a "B"

Take your thawed pie crust and split into two halves. Roll each half into a ball, and proceed to flatten each piece out into 5"-6" circles

Sing the patty cake song during this step, lyrics below (not optional)

"Pattycake, Pattycake, baker’s man,
Bake me a cake as fast as you can;
Roll it, pat it, mark it with a B,
Put it in the oven for baby and me."

Step 4: Mix It All Up

In a separate bowl mix together raspberries, pep, kisses, figs, goat cheese, sugar, and eggs

Step 5: Add the Filling

Plop a dollop of your lovely mixture onto each patty. Not too much. You don't have to use all of it. The patty should be able envelope all of the filling!

Step 6: Make Little Buns

Neatly fold and tuck the edges of your patties up and around the raspberry stuffing. Creating a little bun.

Step 7: Bake & Take

Bake for 25-35 minuted or until golden brown.

Let cool and devour / Or wrap neatly in aluminum foil, and stick it in your Raspberry Pi Playsuit pocket before jetting out the door. Enjoy upon arrival to your destination.
