Introduction: Potato-Chicken Stew
A simple recipe for a delicious stew with potatoes, chicken and fresh vegetables for 5 to 6 persons, which is surprisingly quickly ready for a stew.
Step 1: Ingredients
- 600 grams Potato
- 500 grams of chicken breast
- splash oil
- 2 large onions
- 3 large carrots
- 2 paprikas (Bell peppers)
- 1 Courgette
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 small can of tomato puree
- pepper and salt (Optionally sweet soy sauce)
You also need a cutting board and knife a stirrer and a large pan.
Step 2: Go to the Start
Cut the onion into half rings, put a little bit of oil in your pan and add the sliced onion and tomato puree together in the pan and fry until the onions are translucent.
Step 3: Add Some
Cut the chicken breasts in dices and crush the garlic and put it together in the pan and fry until brown.
Step 4: Cutt Some and Add Some More
Cut the Carrot in slices, add the carrots and stir through well.
Step 5: Cutt Some More Vegetables
Cut the courgete and Paprikas into pieces and add this to the whole and add a half cup of water and bring it to a boil. for taste ad a little salt and pepper.
Step 6: And Now the Potatos
Cut the potatoes into cubes and place it on top of the whole also add a little water until the potatoes are in the water (not too much) and let it simmer for about 20 minutes occasionaly stir it.
Step 7: The Finnishing Touch
For extra flavor you can add a dash (2 tbsp) sweet soy sauce this is optionall but recommended, stir well and simmer for another 5 minutes.
