Ok, I've really never tried this prank..
But, it will either get you a ticket/tag or the officer will laugh it off! (let's hope)
Now, onto the instructable...

Step 1: What Is Needed

You will need a big red clown nose.
You can buy them at a magic store, party store, halloween store, or make your own.

Then you have to make a tiny red clown nose.
I found some red foam and cut it up, to make a tiny red clown nose.

Step 2: Attaching the Tiny Nose

Now, grab your driver license and get some double stick tape.
Tape the tiny red clown nose on your driver license. (see picture)

Step 3: The Fun Stuff!

Ok, now take your BIG red clown nose and put it in your visor of your car.
Keep you driver license near by.
Maybe in the glove box or close by.
Don't flatten the tiny red nose.

Now, next time you get pulled over from the police officer.
It would be a plus if it was on April 1st.
When the officer comes up to your car and asks for your drivers license.

Hand him your drivers license. (with the tiny red clown nose, of course)
Then, while he is looking at your drivers license, grab the bigger red clown nose from your visor and put it on!

Then, when he turns to look at you give him/her a BIG smile!
