Introduction: Protein Jello

The perfect low calorie, high protein, guilt free dessert! The flavor possibilities are endless!

Step 1: Protein Jello


1 package sugar free lime jello mix

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (120ml)

1 scoop MTS Key Lime Pie whey (30g) (could sub vanilla)

sweetener if desired


Boil 1 cup water and add jello mix.

Add sweetener if desired and stir until dissolved.

Put mixture in freezer for a few minutes.

Mix 1 scoop protein powder and 1/2 cup milk. I use a shaker cup.

Add jello mixture to shaker cup and shake!

Pour into any shape container and refrigerate about 2 hours.

Eat all the jello!!
