Introduction: Pumpkin Spiced Latte Milkshake

You Need:
1 Sugar Pumpkin

1/4 cup Decaf coffee

2 cups Vanilla Ice Cream

1/8 tsp Allspice

1/8 tsp Cinnamon

1/8 tsp Nutmeg

1/4 c. Milk

Splash of Vanilla Syrup

Pinch of Ground Cloves





Aluminum Foil

Coffee maker

Food processor




Step 1: Preheat & Cut

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

Cut the pumpkin in half.

Step 2: Scrape

Scrape out the pumpkin seed with a spoon.

Step 3: Prepare

Wrap each pumpkin half in foil.

Step 4: Bake

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.

Let pumpkins cool for 30 minutes.

Step 5: Brew

Brew a cup of decaf coffee.

Let coffee cool for 30 minutes.

Step 6: Scoop

Scoop the baked pumpkin flesh from the shell.

Step 7: Puree

Place pumpkin flesh into a food processor and mix until smooth.

Step 8: Strain

Use strainer to remove strings from pumpkin puree.

Step 9: Make Milkshake

Place 1/3 c. of Pumpkin puree into a blender, along with ice cream, coffee, milk, vanilla syrup, and spices. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Step 10: Enjoy!

Pour milkshake into a glass and top with whipped cream.
