Introduction: Quick Green Plantain Fries

Healthy & quick fries without added fat? Forget potatoes and try green plantain.

Plantain is much better choice because it doesn't need about 20-30 minutes in oven but only few minutes on pan and you are good enough with just teaspoon of oil.

You can also add chili to make them little spicy.

Step 1: Check Video :-)

Ingredients

  • 1 green plantain
  • Coconut oil
  • Chili flakes
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Remove skin from plantain with a knife
  2. Cut plantain into fries
  3. Fry in hot coconut oil on medium-high for about 6 minutes
  4. Stir occasionally
  5. Serve with meat or just with ketchup/mayo
