You don't see to many teriyaki marinade recipes on here so here's one I use often. It goes well with every sort of meat Pork, Chicken, Beef and is enough for 1 kg of meat.

Step 1: Gather Your Ingredients!!

You're going to need a few ingredients and most are optional (Herbs) but greatly improve the taste.

▪Soy Sauce (8 tbsp ~ 120ml)
▪Cooking Sake (4 tbsp ~ 60ml)
▪Rice Wine Vinegar (8 tbsp ~ 120ml)
▪Ground Ginger (1/4 tbsp)
▪Finely Chopped Garlic Clove (x1)
▪Finely Chopped Branch of Parsley
▪Finely chopped Chives (~ 1 tbsp)
▪Finely chopped Rosemary (~ 1/4 tbsp)
▪Brown Sugar (2/3 cup)
▪Honey (1 tbsp)

Step 2: Mix Everything

Well this it the easiest step just mix everything in a small bowl at this point you can leave the marinade in the fridge overnight until ready to use or pour it over the meat.
Make sure to marinade the meat in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
For added flavor use a fork to stab the meat to let the marinade soak in.

Step 3: How to Cook Using the Marinade.

With the meat soaking in the marinade for at least 30 minutes take it out of the fridge and add some vegatable oil to a pan make sure the pan is hot before taking the meat out of the marinade.

Cook the meat on medium-high on one side then flip over and add the sauce from the marinade and cook on low heat until the marinade gets thicker and becomes golden and the meat is cooked through.

To get it perfect the marinade will change colour getting darker and as it gets darker the flavor will intensify the absolute limit is when you smell burnt sugar. Take the meat out or it will taste like burnt sugar.

Step 4: Enjoy

There are few flavors as unique and amazing as this and goes great with everything.
