Step 1: Raspberry Chocolate Brownies

Easy and fun to make, very tasty!

Step 2: Ingredients

you wil need:

  • 250 g butter
  • 250 g pure chocolate
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 6 eggs
  • 200 g white caster sugar
  • 200 g self-raising flour
  • 100 g white chocolate
  • 250 g raspberry's

Step 3:

Preheat the oven on 170 degrees. Melt the butter in a pan.

Step 4:

Get the butter of the fire and cut the dark chocolate in to bits. Add the chocolate to the butter, stir it and let he chocolate melt.

Step 5:

Cut the vanilla pod open and get al the black marrow out. put it in a separate bowl and add the eggs. Mix them together.

Step 6:

Add he sugar with the vanilla-egg mixture.

Step 7:

Put the chocolate mixture into the other and give it a good stir. Make sure it is mixed up good.

Step 8:

Sieve the self-raising flower in the mixture and mix it together with a spatula.

Step 9:

Cut the white chocolate in to bits and add half of it to the chocolate mixture. Also add half of the raspberry's. Mix it up together.

Step 10:

Put greaseproof paper on a baking tray and put the brownie mixture into the tray.

Step 11:

Divide the rest of the raspberry's and the white chocolate on top. Put it in the oven for about 30 minutes, then let it cool down for another 3 hours.
