Introduction: Red Wine Pasta
30 minute easy delicious meal! A fancy tasty meal made quickly and easily! Perfect for a date Night when you're busy or a dinner party! This dish is vegetarian but filling and can be made vegan or gluten free easily!
Step 1: What You Will Need
For 2 hefty servings :
2 cups of bitter red wine
*3 cups of pasta(gluten free pasta for gluten free)
*1 cup of mozzarella (leave out for vegan)
1/4 cup spinach (frozen or not)
1/8 cup grape tomatoes
*1 Tbs butter (olive or coconut oil for vegan)
1/2 Tbs garlic
3 Tbs of sugar
1/4 Tbs of pepper
1/4 Tbs of salt
1/4Tbs oregano
2 cups of bitter red wine
*3 cups of pasta(gluten free pasta for gluten free)
*1 cup of mozzarella (leave out for vegan)
1/4 cup spinach (frozen or not)
1/8 cup grape tomatoes
*1 Tbs butter (olive or coconut oil for vegan)
1/2 Tbs garlic
3 Tbs of sugar
1/4 Tbs of pepper
1/4 Tbs of salt
1/4Tbs oregano
Step 2: Boil Pasta
Bring pot of water to boil. Then add in pasta and boil for 5 mins.
Step 3: Prepping Tomatoes
Cut the tomatoes long wise into 4 quarters. Then sauté in pan with a little oil or butter for 5 mins while pasta boils
Step 4: Drain Pasta
Drain pasta and put aside on plate or bowl. Leave the eye on and pan because you will use it in the next step.
Step 5: Wine and Butter
Add the wine and butter(or oil ) into the pasta pan and bring to boil.
Step 6: Pasta and Flavor
Add in the pasta to the wine and butter. Add the spices and sugar. Then stir in the tomatoes spinach and mozzarella. Let cook for 8-10 minutes stirring frequently. Most of the wine should be absorbed.
Step 7: Let Sit and Enjoy!
Let the pasta sit for a moment and enjoy!
