Introduction: Replacing Radiator Mounts.

The 17 year old rubber mounts for the radiator in my Honda civic 1999 are overdue for replacement. Here is how I performed this job.

Step 1: Removing the Upper Bracket and Bottom Mounts.

A 10mm bolt holds the upper bracket and it has a single rubber mount. There are 2 bottom mounts that needed to be pried off due to the adhesion of the rubber to the radiator over time.

Step 2: Comparison of Mounts.

See how busted up the oem mounts look? The new ones are ready for installation!

Step 3: Installing the New Mounts.

The old upper mount rubber needed to be pried out. The new one was popped in and the 2 bottom ones easily installed.

Now the radiator has new mounts and ready for service!
