Replacing Rubber Foot With Sugru

Somehow the foot to the sander disappeared.

Step 1: Get Sugru

For the repair I used two packets of Sugru, make sure you cut three sides of the package as indicated.

After removing from the packages kneed then for a few minutes as directed on the package.

Step 2: Start Molding

Put the Sugru through the hole and start molding to the size you want.

Use a combination square to measure the height needed for the foot. Then use it to flatten the bottom of the shape you made.

Step 3: Finish Molding

Finalize the shape of the new foot. then let sit a while. I left the sander on its side for a couple days.
