Introduction: S.S.S. (SAVING SHIRT SPACE)

Have a lot a clothes and not enough space? Well try folding your shirt military style to accommodate room for more shirts. This method of folding your shirt is also called the Ranger roll. Following these steps will allow you to conserve space whether you store your shirts in the closet, drawer or even packing for vacations! What’s better than saving space to make room for more?

Step 1: STEP 1:

First lay your shirt on a flat surface facing down.

Step 2: STEP 2:

Next you will fold both sleeves inward and smoothly.

Step 3: STEP 3:

After you have smoothed out the shirt, you will know slightly lift up the shirt and fold it under about 6 inches.

Step 4: STEP 4:

You will next fold one side inward then fold the other side on top of the other fold.

Step 5: STEP 5:

Next you will turn the shirt around where the collar is facing you, then you will proceed to roll up tightly to the end of the shirt.

Step 6: STEP 6:

Once you have rolled the shirt up tightly and made sure it is smooth, you will finally hold the roll and wrap the folded end around on roll of the shirt.

Step 7: RANGER ROLL!

If you have correctly folded the shirt, it should look like a 6 inch burrito and wa la! There are also similar methods you can use to fold jackets, pants as well as underwear in order to make more space for you clothing items. Enjoy!
