This is the finished Product, It would have looked more presentable but I was hungry and took a few bites before I took a pic...........YUM

Step 2: Shallot Butter

Shallot butter

-1 stick butter

-1 tsp lemon juice

-1 tsp salt

-2 full scallions(green onions)

-2 full shallots (look like small red onions)

-1 tsp pepper

-2 tablespoons of white wine or wine of your choice

Step 3: Steak (Bone in Ribeye).............like a Boss

(seasoning)

-1 tsp pretzel salt

-1 tsp pepper

-1/2 tsp McCormick Montreal steak seasoning

-1/2 tsp webber steak and chop seasoning

(To cook with)

-asiago cheese

-shallot butter

-Argula (Garnish at end)

Step 4: Tomato Caprice

-Campari tomato

-Fresh mozzarella cheese

-Feta cheese

-Basalmic glaze

-Argula

-toasted French bread or roman leaf(optional)
