Introduction: Salted Egg and Tomato Salad
Hello guys, this is my first time to share my cooking experience.
I’m only simple man and busy with my career. That’s why I choose an easy to prepare food.This is my way to come early at my work.
I hope you can enjoy preparing this kind of dish.
In preparing the Salted egg and tomato salad you can make it for 5 to 10 min only. Very easy to prepare that you will surely like it.
Step 1: Ingredients:
2 salted duck eggs
3 medium plum tomatoes
1 medium onion
5 leaves of lettuce
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 medium green chili (optional)
2 tablespoon mayonnaise (optional)
Step 2: Instruction
Arrange your lettuce in a bowl.
Remove the egg shells and slice the salted eggs in cube then arrange in a bowl.
Slice the tomatoes, onion, green chili in cube sizes.
Add the cubed tomatoes, onion, green chili and mayonnaise. Mix well. Serve.
Share and enjoy It is best serve as a side for grilled dishes like grilled meat or seafood. You can also partner it with the toasted slice bread.
You can also serve the salted eggs and tomato salad chilled by placing it in the fridge for about an hour before serving.
