Introduction: Sauteed Mushrooms

This is a recipe to make quick and easy sauteed mushrooms to put on steak or chicken or any meals you want. All of the ingredients are ment to fit your taste so you can add as little or as much of something as you would like.

These are the ingredients you will need to make the sauteed mushrooms. now any of these ingredients can be added or subtracted this is just my personal way to make sauteed mushrooms.

  • mushrooms (duh)
  • Krazy salt (or if your boring table salt)
  • apple cider vinegar
  • white cooking whine
  • garlic infused olive oil
  • soy sauce

cook time!

  • prep 10-15 minutes. (depending on how fast you cut mushrooms)
  • cook 20- 25. you really want to cook the mushrooms for this long if you want to get the proper texture and flavor.

Step 1: Olive Oil

first you want to get a frying pan that is as big as you need it to fit as many mushrooms you want.

Then you want to turn the burner of your choice to Medium heat.

Then your going to want to pour olive oil onto the pan.(as little or as much as you want)

Then after you add the olive oil you want to add the white cooking whine.(again add as much or as little as you want you can always add later this is just so the mushrooms don't stick to the pan).
Then you want to tilt the pan so it covers the whole pan

Step 2: Mushroom Prep

First get as many mushrooms you would like to cook and wash them to get any dirt off they may have on them.

After you have washed your mushrooms you are ready to start and cut them to be added to the pan.

Before I cut the mushrooms I like to remove the steams but that is personal preference you don't have to do this.

Then cut them as evenly as possible so the all cook at the same time.

If you are making these mushrooms for steak or any type of meat make sure you use a different or washed cutting board to avoid cross contamination!

Now once you are done cutting your mushrooms you want to add them to the heated frying pan to be sauteed.

Step 3: More Flavor!!!!!!

Then you want to add apple cider vinegar. Now with this once again you want to add to your taste but with the vinegar you want to go a little at a time because if you add to much you wont be able to taste anything other then the apple cider vinegar.

Then your soy sauce. once again add as much as you want but don't add to much or your mushrooms will be over run with salt because don't forget the next ingredient is the krazy salt so there is even more salt being added.

Now your on your final ingredient wich is the krazy salt. If you dont have krazy salt you can use table salt, sea salt, pink slat or basically any salt you could think of.

Step 4: DINNER TIME!!!!!!!

Now you want to stir the mushrooms in the pan till they turn a nice golden brown. also make sure they are not firm. If the mushrooms are firm you have not cooked them for long enough. (if you like your sauteed mushrooms firm thats fine but please dont talk to me because that is gross).

when you are done you can add them to the top of the meat you are cooking or to a rice bowl or any meal you could think of that would be good with some sauteed mushrooms.
