Introduction: Scrambled Egg Wrap

Well look no further because this is the instructable for you. In this instructable you will be learning how to make the scrambled egg wrap, a favorite of mine. As mentioned earlier it is easy and quick to make, as well as packed with plenty of healthy nutrients. Another additional benefit to this recipe is it's easily customizable for any user who has different preferences!

Supplies

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tortilla shell
  • 2 slices of ham
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
  • Plate
  • Saucepan
  • Spatula
  • Mixing Bowl

Step 1: Mix Your Eggs

  1. Start by cracking 6 eggs into a mixing bowl, and tossing egg shells in to a garbage
  2. Add in a pinch of salt and mix thoroughly until yolks are separated
    1. Can add other ingredients such as seasonings or different amounts of eggs as you see fit

Step 2: Heat Up the Pan

  1. Place saucepan onto burner and turn on to medium heat
  2. Tear up one slice of ham spread along pan while heating to make crispy
  3. Heat saucepan for a total of approximately 3 minutes

Step 3: Begin Cooking Eggs

  1. Pour egg mix into saucepan, and add pinch of cheese to mix into eggs
  2. Allow to cook for around 3 minutes

Step 4: Add Ingredients

  1. After allowing to cook roughly 3 minutes in the previous step, the bottom layer of the eggs should have cooked and solidified, so tear up and add in one more slice of ham to allow ingredients to be properly dispersed throughout eggs
    1. Again, you can add in other ingredients of your choosing

Step 5: Scramble

  1. While cooking, use spatula to break up eggs and flip them a couple times throughout remainder of cooking
  2. Cook until eggs are no longer runny (approximately 8 minutes from step 4)

Step 6: Prepare Tortilla

  1. Take saucepan off of burner to avoid burning eggs
  2. Grab plate and place tortilla shell on it
  3. Add layer of cheese

Step 7: Finishing Touches

  1. Move eggs onto tortilla from saucepan
    1. If you have too many eggs to close the wrap, you can place some on the side of the plate
    2. Cover in ingredients of your choice
    3. Enjoy!
