  • 3-4 eggs
  • 1 banana
  • Handful of walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut milk
  • Cinnamon
  • Coconut oil


  1. Cut banana into thin slices
  2. Fry banana slowly on teaspoon of coconut oil
  3. Add handful of walnuts
  4. Whisk 3-4 eggs
  5. Add eggs into pan
  6. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut milk
  7. Cook slowly and keep stiring until eggs are done
  8. Sprinkle with cinnamon
