Step 1: Fry the Chicken

Cut the chicken into thin strips.

In a wok or other large pan, fry the chicken with 3-4 tablespoons of soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of butter on medium heat.

Sprinkle with garlic salt and ground ginger.

Step 2: Chop Veggies

While the chicken is cooking, chop up your onions and mushrooms.

Mix em together.

Step 3:

Add all the veggies to the pan with the chicken, and sprinkle with more soy sauce.

Fry until the chicken is cooked through and the veggies are tender.

Step 4: Add the Noodles

Add your spaghetti and cook until everything is the same temperature.

Make sure to mix it well and coat the spaghetti with the sauces.

If there isn't enough sauce for the spaghetti, add a little more butter and soy sauce.

Step 5: Enjoy!

Enjoy!  You now have a huge pan full of delicious chicken lo mein!

This is a great use for leftover spaghetti, and perfect for serving large groups.

If you want an appetizer or side for this dish, some bacon won tons would be perfect!
