Introduction: Snack Chicken

The perfect meal to get rid of the left over snacks you have laying around! Don't throw the munchies away! USE THEM!

You will need:

-Chicken Breast

-Some form of snack (chip/pretzels etc)

-Garlic and Onion Powder

-Non stick spray

-Aluminum foil

-Baking Sheet

-Ziplock Freezer Bag

Step 1: Cleaning

Remove the skin and bones from store bought chicken breast. Make sure to rinse of the chicken after! Don't forget to check and make sure all the bones are removed!

Step 2: Cutting

Now cut your clean chicken breast into 1 by 2 inch strips!

Step 3: Pick Your Breading

Pick a snack of whatever you have left for your soon to be breading! For my recipe i used BBQ chips. You can easily use Corn Chips, Doritios, Pretzels, or anything else you have laying around!

Step 4: Crunch It

After picking the "breading" of your choice. Put the snacks into a freezer bag, make sure all the air is out of the bag, and seal it. After the bag is closed, use your hands or a soup can to crush up the snacks inside!

Step 5: Drop and Shake

Just drop a few strips of your chicken into the bag and shake!

Step 6: Season It

After you have shaken and coated all of your chicken, evenly lay them out on a lightly greased pan. Then, sprinkle garlic powder and onion powder on top!

Step 7: Timer!

Put these strips into an oven at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink in the middle. I would take the chicken out and check it at 10 minutes, cut into it, and throw it back in if it is questionable!

Step 8: Check Em

If they arent fully cooked yet, stick them back in for a few minutes!

Step 9: Ready

Once your chicken is no longer pink or questionable in the center, pull it out of the oven, let it cool, then ENJOY!
