Introduction: Spaghetti and Meatball Cupcakes

Hi my name is Anna I'm 11 years old. Ok, now just hear me out. At school one day my friends and I had been assigned a project. The project was to make a brochure about Italy. I am half Italian heritage. So my teacher said that I was to be working with Sally and Mia(names changed for privacy proposes.) My teacher said that we could bring in food. So Sally said that we should make these that I'm going to show you now.

Step 1: Get Prepared

First you will need your ingredients and tools here are the lists

Ingredients Tools

Spaghetti flags (optional)
Tomato sauce Tinfoil cup cake wrappers with paper inside
Meat balls (optional) Cupcake tins
Mini flags (if you want to make them then you will need
printed out mini flags and toothpicks.)

How to make the flag

Put the flag face down on a table or other surfaces get put the tooth pick on top at one end use tape to secure the toothpick in place.

Step 2: Getting Started

Start boiling the water for the pasta while putting the cupcake wrappers in the trays. Also while the water is boiling heat the sauce and meat balls.

Step 3: Adding the Pasta

Once the pasta has cooked you can add it to the cupcake wrappers. Use only a little bit of pasta at a time you can always add more. You can just pile the pasta or you can swirl it. It's up to you.

Step 4: Adding the Sauce

When the pasta is in the cupcake wrappers you can put the sauce on top. Only a little bit is needed. Also you don't have to mix the sauce into the pasta.

Step 5: Meat Ball

Using a spoon take a meatball and put it on the middle of the pasta. With the back of the spoon press the meat ball down into the pasta. This you have todo because if you do not when you pick up the tray the meat ball will just roll right off. Now just stick the flag in the meat ball. Enjoy!!!
