With bowl games coming up, I've been making dips, crackers, and other munchables in advance. This dip can be made up to five days ahead of time and features two of my favorite things: spicy sriracha sauce and bacon. It goes together in a matter of minutes and is sure to make spicy food lovers happy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 packages cream cheese, softened
  • 6 rashers bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp sriracha sauce, plus more for drizzle

Step 1: Blend

Add all ingredients to a bowl or stand mixer and mix thoroughly. For the purposes of illustration, I did this by hand, but I highly recommend using a stand mixer since even softened cream cheese can be a pain to blend well.

Serve drizzled with extra sriracha. I like to pair mine with Parmesan Egg Roll Chips.

Enjoy!
