Strawberry Shortcake Cheesecake Cake

Remember those strawberry shortcake good humor ice cream bars??? This cake will remind you of that! Soooo Yummy..... xoxo

Cake:

Strawberry box cake mix.

Follow the directions on the back of box. Use cake pans similar to the size of your cheesecake.

Crumble:

1 (3oz) Strawberry gelatin

1 (3oz) Instant Vanilla Pudding

1 stick of butter at room temp(4 tablespoons each)

1 cup flour (1/2 cup each)

To make the crumble... Mix gelatin mix with 4 tablespoons of butter and half cup flour. Use a fork to mash and mix until crumble. Take Instant pudding mix and mix with 4 tablespoons of butter and half cup four. Use fork to mix and mash until crumble.

Frosting:

1 (8oz) Cream cheese (room temp)

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 tub of cool whip (8oz)

Crumble: Spread on baking sheet.... Bake at 350 for 10 minutes (keep an eye on it in oven) Place directly in freezer for 10 minutes Pulse in blender to crumble

I placed my cake in the fridge to set for about 20...30 mins to set before adding the crumbles....Store cake in fridge.

Bake boxed cake mix.... Sandwich cheesecake between them.... Frost.... Add crumble....
