These darling String Doll Snow Angels will make great gifts. I made a bunch of them to give as Christmas gifts to my friends and family. They are easy, inexpensive and a lot of fun to make. They are sure to make anyone smile. Use your imagination to make your angel unique by changing the hair color, changing the size or color of the snowflake, or giving her something other than a heart to hold. Perhaps she can hold a music book instead of a heart.

Crochet string
Pipe cleaner or tinsel ribbon for halo
A book for measuring

Step 2: Angel Christmas Tree Topper

I even made a Christmas tree topper by using a large yard ornament snowflake that I found at the Dollar Tree for the angel's wings. I simply changed the size of the angel to fit the snowflake. We needed a new angel or star for the top of our Christmas tree this year and because my family liked my angels so much, they wanted me to make a large String Doll Christmas Angel. It looks so adorable on top of our tree. So feel free to change this pattern to fit your needs. Be creative and HAVE FUN!! :)
