Introduction: Summer Fruit Salad on the Seaside
Cooking outside is not always about grilling at your backyard. Summer is the best time to spend together outside, enjoying healthy meals like this summer fruit salad.

We packed all the ingredients in boxes in our backpacks, placed our table in a car and drove to the seaside.

While enjoying the view, we made this easy healthy salad with fruits and feta cheese. Perfect combination of sweet, salty and crunchy!
The sunset by the seaside was the best ending of this beautiful day.
Travel and experiment!
1 handful mixed salad leaves of your choice
1 ripe peach
5 mini orange tomatoes
1/2 cup feta cheese
mix of pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and almond slices
1/4 tsp ground sea salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
Step 1: Start With Strawberries
Slice 8 strawberries in half.
Place salad leaves in the salad bowl, add strawberries.
Step 2: Add the Peach.
Slice one ripe peach in half, remove the seed.
Make about 3-4 slices from each half of the peach. Place them in the salad bowl.
Step 3: Add the Cheese
Cut feta into cubes and add it in the salad.
Step 4: Add Cherry Tomatoes
Slice sweet cherry tomatoes in half and add to the salad.
Step 5: Add Seeds and Seasoning.
Finally sprinkle pumpkin and sunflower seeds, add almond slices.
Add salt and pepper.
Step 6: Enjoy the Salad!
