Here's what I have in my picnic basket:
Fruit and Cheese Platter (Grapes, Strawberries, Hard Cheddar, Gouda)
Orzo Pasta Salad
Chicken Pesto Sandwich
Dark Chocolate with White Chocolate Chunks Cookie
Sparkling Water and Sparkling Rose
Ceramic Plates & real Silverware
Colorful Cloth Napkins
Fresh Flowers
Ingredients for 1 sandwich:
1 Ciabatta Roll
1 tbsp Pesto
Mixed Greens Salad
1/2 Grilled Chicken Breast
2 slices Swiss Cheese
1/4 Roasted Bell Pepper
3-4 Tomato slices
Directions:
Spread the pesto on the insides of the Ciabatta roll, then layer the salad, chicken, cheese, bell pepper, and tomatoes. Close the sandwich and be sure to wrap it up in a cute twine and parchment paper :)
