Check out this short video I made about how to make a badass smoothie.

Step 1: Collect Your Ingredients

  • 4-8 bananas (depending on appetite)
  • A handful of dates
  • An apple
  • Berries
  • Beetroot
  • Greens (I used beetroot greens and broccoli)
  • A sprinkle of nuts and seeds
  • Water or nut milk
  • Ice

Step 2: Blend It All Up

Chuck everything into your blender

Step 3: Drink It Down
