Step 1: Get a Piece of Paper!

Fold the paper in half lengthwise, and then fold a leaf from the bottom outside corner, to the top inside corner. Repeat on the other side.

Step 2: Then...

Fold the bit that goes over the edge back in line with it. Fold the outside corner of this new triangle in, as in the picture. Open the halves.

Step 3: Forming the Canard... Did You Know That That's French for Duck?

Fold the tip down at the outside points of the diamond. Then fold the tip to the base, and then back up, about 2.5 cm down from the last fold.

Step 4: Tricky!

This is hard to explain. You have to slide the edge of the wing outwards. Follow the Images and repeat on the other side.

Step 5: Wings and French Ducks

Fold in half, and then fold down the canards, parallel to the keel. Then fold the wing tip down to the keel, and then fold this fold on to the keel.

Step 6: Taping, Trimming

Tape the fuselage shut, and make sure that you have a gull wing. (An M when viewed from the back. )Make sure that the leading edge droops. Fly and trim if needed.
