Table Saw Upgraded With Drawing Table / Scie Sur Table Améliorée Avec Une Table À Dessin

Hello everybody.
I had made a table saw with a hand-saw a few years ago but, I wanted to make it more attractive and easier to use.

I had the idea to use a drawing board.

J'ai fabriqué une scie sur table avec une scie à mains il y a quelques années mais, je voulais la faire plus belle et plus facile d'utilisation. J'ai eu l'idée d'utiliser une table à dessin.

Step 1: Step 1 the Material and Tools / Le Matériel Et Outils

The material you will need is some common material that I think every one should have./

Le matériel dont vous aurez besoin est un matériel commun que je pense tout le monde doit avoir.

- Hand Saw. /Une scie à mains

- I using a drawing board but you can use some wood board. /J'utilise une table à dessin mais vous pouvez utiliser des planches.

- A ruler and a pen. /Une règle et un crayon de papier.

- Drill. /Une perceuse.

- Electric Router. /Une défonceuse.

- 2 clamp. /2 Serre-joint.

- Paper ruler (that we find in DIY store or Ikea (free))

- Adhesive tape.

Step 2: Step 2 Dismantling of the Hand-saw of the Old Table / Démontage De La Scie De L'ancienne Table

I started by dismantling of the hand-saw of the old table.

After cut this ( with the hand- saw) to bring the drawing board.

J'ai commencé par démonter la scie de l'ancienne table.

Après cela j'ai coupé (avec la scie) pour apporter la table à dessin.

Step 3: Step 3 Measure and Make the Hole for the Hand-saw / Mesure Et Trou Pour La Scie

I used the ruler of my drawing board to marking where i want to instal the saw.

Measure the hand saw cutting surface and determine the slot position on the table and marking it.

Choose the good router bit for the hole of the saw.

Used the Router to cut the hole for the saw.

J'ai utilisé la règle de ma table à dessin pour marquer l'endroit où je voulais installer la scie.

Mesurez la surface de coupe de la scie et déterminer la fente sur la table et marquez la.

Choisissez la bonne fraise pour le trou de scie.

Utilisez la défonceuse pour couper le trou de scie.

Step 4: Step 4 for Marking the Srews Holes

Turn the board to mark the holes of screw with a pen.

After that you can drill this.

On the top, drill a bigger hole so that the screw belongs to short of the board.

You can fix the hand saw and the drawing board on the table.

Retournez la table pour marquer les trous de vis avec un crayon de papier.

Après cela vous pouvez les percer.

Sur le dessus, percer des trous plus gros pour que la vis soit plus bas que la planche.

Vous pouvez fixer la scie et la table à dessin sur l'ancienne table.

Step 5: Step 5 Enjoy

I used a paper ruler that we find in DIY store or Ikea

(free) I fix it with the adhesive tape. This ruler is going to facilitate the measures.

Here is our table is more beautiful and more functional.To fix the ruller i use two clamp.

J'ai utilisé une règle en papier que l'on trouve dans des magasin de bricolage ou Ikea ( gratuit) je la fixe avec du scotch. Cette règle va faciliter les mesures.

Voilà notre table est plus belle et plus fonctionnel. Pour fixer la règle j'utilise deux serre-joint.
