Taco Bell Inspired Potatoes

How to make potatoes like those that taco bell has taken away from us.

Step 1: Gather Supplies

6 medium Potatoes
2 Tbs Oil
3 to 4 Tbs Taco seasoning of choice

Step 2:

Peel and rinse potatoes

Step 3:

Put water on to boil
Chop potatoes

Step 4:

When water comes to boil, add potatoes
Cook for 7 min

Step 5:

Remove potatoes from boiling water to empty bowl
Let cool for 5- 10 min
Add 2 Tbs oil
Toss until all potatoes are coated
Add taco seasoning of choice
Toss until all potatoes are coated

Step 6:

Preheat oven to 400 Fahrenheit
Spread potatoes onto non stick cooking sheet
Bake for 25- 30 minutes

Step 7:

When done let cool
Finally, enjoy what Taco Bell no longer has to offer.
