Thanksgiving Special Mashed Bacon-ater-taters

Part # 2 of our Thanksgiving Special! Today we made mashed potatoes loaded with bacon, chives, and a couple of other tasty ingredients, thus the name "mashed bacon-ater-taters." This is a delicious side dish for any occasion! It's like a magic trick, it will disappear before your very eyes! :)
