Introduction: The Best Lava Cake in the World

Step 1: What You Need


175 grams of butter (unsalted)

175 grams of dark chocolate

75 grams of sugar 75 grams of flour 3 eggs 2 egg yolks vanilla extract (few drops) salt


Step 2: How to Make It


1.Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.

2.Place the eggs and egg yolks in a large bowl or food processor along with the sugar, then beat them for about 5 minutes until you have a fluffy and white-yellow mass.

3. Meanwhile, melt the butter, chocolate and a few drops of vanilla extract au-bain-marie or in the microwave. 4.When the butter and chocolate have melted, remove them from the heat and gently fold in the egg yolk and sugar mixture.

5.Finally, fold in the flour and a pinch of salt until you have a nice, lumpy batter.

6.Grease the ramekins with a little butter and cover the bowl with a little cocoa powder so that you can easily get the cake out after baking.

7.I use cocoa powder on purpose because flour can leave a whitish haze on the cake. Then put the ramekins in the oven for about 13 minutes.

8.Then remove them from the oven and place a dish on the ramekin, turn over and the cake is poured onto the dish in this way.

9.Serve with a little powdered sugar, a scoop of vanilla ice cream, a dash of whipped cream or some red fruit. Enjoy your meal!
